Spinach Frittata

A healthy Tuscan-inspired breakfast that tastes wonderful hot or cold! Eggs baked with spinach, sundried tomatoes, and roasted mushrooms.

Prep Instructions

Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Remove lid and label. Cover with foil and heat for 10-15 minutes or until heated thoroughly.

Microwave: Remove lid and label. Heat in microwave on 60-70% power for 1-2 minutes.

This dish can also be served chilled.
